New Features:
Osaurus Connect: your agents on your iPhone
- Pair the Osaurus Connect iPhone app with your PC using a 6-digit code. The code itself never travels over the network, and pairing works with one phone per PC.
- Chat with your agents from your phone, using the models and tools on your PC. Your phone and PC share your favourite models and reasoning settings.
- Approve or deny an agent’s tool requests from your phone, and add a note saying why. The same request shows on your PC, and you can answer it on whichever device is in front of you.
- A run you start from your phone keeps going if the phone loses its connection. Reopen the app and it picks up where it left off.
- Runs from your phone can use the agent’s sandbox, and an agent can be given a working folder for phone runs. Every file change it makes is recorded and can be undone.
- Everything between the phone and the PC is end-to-end encrypted.
Fixes:
Privacy filter
- Web search and web page results are no longer flagged as personal information. Your own protected details are still replaced wherever they appear.
- Fewer false alarms: short numbers are no longer taken for phone numbers, and IDs like GUIDs no longer look like government ID numbers.
File history
- Agents working in large folders, like big code repositories, can now have their changes undone instead of asking you to approve every command as “can’t be undone”. Simple file moves, copies and deletes are snapshotted, and read-only commands no longer prompt at all.
- When a change truly can’t be undone, the prompt explains why in plain words.
Local models
- Windows on Arm PCs with an NVIDIA GPU (such as RTX Spark) now run local models on the GPU, sized correctly for unified memory.
- The memory check for a model now accounts for GPU memory other apps are using. A model you already have loaded doesn’t count against it, and whether a model fits your PC still depends only on your hardware.
Agent browser
- The browser pane’s edge now shows a resize cursor, and the pane remembers the width you set.
